It is the goal of the Hopkinton Highlands Homeowners Association (HOA) to ensure our neighborhood is well maintained and that relevant information, responsibilities and activities regarding the Hopkinton Highlands are communicated effectively and in a timely manner to all Association Members.
We do not hire a management company to manage our association. We take care of it ourselves. The Board is made-up of elected volunteers from our neighborhood. Committee members are neighborhood volunteers as well, who have been appointed by the Board.
